Meetings
Implementation of the Comprehensive Plan will be guided by the Halfmoon Comprehensive Plan Implementation Committee (CPIC), Town Board representatives, and Town staff, who will prioritize recommendations and oversee implementation efforts. Comprehensive Plan Implementation Committee (CPIC)
To support implementation of the Plan, the CPIC will meet regularly to review materials, discuss key issues, and prioritize recommendations. CPIC members are as follows:

Comprehensive Plan Update Engagement
In 2022, the Town of Halfmoon launched its Comprehensive Plan Update process, which culminated in the adoption of the updated Comprehensive Plan in March 2025.
A key component of the process was a robust public engagement program that included Comprehensive Plan Update Committee (CPUC) meetings, public workshops, and a dedicated Public Engagement Plan designed to gather community input throughout the project.
