Welcome to the Town of Halfmoon Comprehensive Plan Update project website!
The Town is initiating an update to its 2003 Comprehensive Plan and 2013-2015 Zoning Review Committee findings to reflect the needs of today and identify a vision for the future. A Comprehensive Plan provides a future framework for a range of topics such as land use, economic development, infrastructure, transportation, neighborhoods, the environment and housing.
The Comprehensive Plan is being developed by the Town of Halfmoon and a consultant team led by MJ Engineering and Land Surveying.
